Your weekly assignment

This week’s assignment should be an enjoyable one since the goal is to start building relaxation into your daily routine!

Practise each of the four relaxation methods. Some of them may work better for you than others, so it is important to try all of them during the week. Choose one technique to practise for a few minutes at a time.
