<p>This hub offers information and tools to help teens understand what to expect before, during and after kidney transplant surgery. You will learn how you will be assessed for surgery and what to do while waiting for your transplant. You will also learn about adjusting to life with your new kidney, for example how to manage your medications, make healthy lifestyle choices, handle stress and make decisions that set you up for long-term success.<br></p>
