Your weekly assignment
- Pay attention to your body and try to become aware of how it feels in different upsetting, irritating or stressful situations. When you come back to review your assignment, you will be asked to identify at least three ways that your body reacted to stress during the week.
- Identify at least two stressful situations during the week. Practise trying to catch your negative thoughts and using the technique of replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts.
Try the technique at least a few times each this week. You will be asked about how the technique worked for you in the assignment review.
