<p>For example: If you are really tired, you are more likely to feel stressed. If you don’t do something to catch up on your rest, your stress is likely to build. This can cause your pain and stiffness to increase. </p><p>You can take some steps to break this cycle!<br></p><ul><li>Recognize the <a href="/Article?contentid=2581&language=English">symptoms of stress</a> in your mind and body. </li><li>Work on identifying and solving the <a href="/Article?contentid=2580&language=English">problem that leads to stress</a>.</li><li>Relax by using breathing, physical relaxation, mini-relaxation imagery and other relaxation methods. You will learn more about these methods in the section titled “<a href="/Article?contentid=2585&language=English">Relaxation</a>.”</li></ul>
