If you don’t do something to catch up on your rest, your stress is likely to build. This can cause your pain and stiffness to increase. </p><p>You can take some steps to break this cycle!<br></p><ul><li>Recognize the <a href="/Article?contentid=2581&language=English">symptoms of stress</a> in your mind and body. </li><li>Work on identifying and solving the <a href="/Article?contentid=2580&language=English">problem that leads to stress</a>.</li><li>Relax by using breathing, physical relaxation, mini-relaxation imagery and other relaxation methods.
